During this non-intimidating and easy to follow one-day workshop I’ll take the mystery out of mixing colors and you’ll go from frustration to fearlessness as you work with the colors on your palette.

Specifically, you will learn:

  • Color theory terms and what they mean

  • Must-have colors on your palette

  • How to successfully use a limited palette to mix any color you need

  • How to lighten and darken colors easily

  • How to mix grays, browns and other neutral colors quickly - without black

  • How to match any color

  • How to harmonize your painting by not introducing new colors to your palette

  • How to see colors by their value in order to create exciting and innovative paintings
